Chellomedia Bereitstellung digitaler Pay-TV-Kanäle mit Premium-Sport- und Filmprogrammen (wie z Film1 und Sport1), aber auch thematische Kanäle zu Kabelgesellschaften und anderen Anbietern von Fernsehdienste.

Chellomedia war die europäische Abteilung für Inhalte und digitale Dienste von Liberty Global Inc. Am 21. Mai 2013 gab Liberty Global bekannt, Chellomedia zum Verkauf angeboten zu haben. Am 28. Oktober 2013 wurde bekannt gegeben, dass Liberty Global Chellomedia für 1.035 Mrd AMC-Netzwerke. Der Verkauf wurde am 2. Februar 2014 besiegelt, Chellomedia beendet und das Unternehmen an AMC Networks International übertragen. Film1 wurde am 21. Juli 2015 von Liberty Global verkauft an Sony. Sport1 wurde am 12. November 2015 Ziggo Sport und von Liberty Global at Ziggo untergebracht.
