List of sequenced bacterial genomes

Bu ketma-ket evubakterial genomlar ro'yxati tarkibida ko'pi mavjud eubakteriyalar omma uchun to'liq bo'lganligi ma'lum genom ketma-ketliklari. Ushbu ketma-ketliklarning aksariyati Nukleotidlar ketma-ketligi bo'yicha ma'lumotlar bazasi bo'yicha xalqaro hamkorlik, qidirish mumkin bo'lgan umumiy ma'lumotlar bazasi[1] ustida veb. Ro'yxatdagi genomlardan bir nechtasi INSDC ma'lumotlar bazasi, ammo boshqa ommaviy ma'lumotlar bazalarida[tekshirish kerak].

"Nashr qilinmagan" ro'yxatiga kiritilgan genomlar ma'lumotlar bazasida mavjud, ammo ekspertlar tomonidan ko'rib chiqilgan ilmiy adabiyotlar.
