Yilda epidemiologiya, xavfni nisbiy kamaytirish (RRR) yoki samaradorlik ning nisbiy pasayishi xavf ta'sir etilmagan guruhga nisbatan nojo'ya hodisaning. Sifatida hisoblanadi , qayerda ta'sirlangan guruhdagi insidans va bu aniqlanmagan guruhdagi insidans. Agar noxush hodisa xavfi kamayish o'rniga ta'sir qilish bilan ko'paytirilsa, muddat nisbiy xavfning oshishi (RRI) ishlatiladi va quyidagicha hisoblanadi .[1][2] Agar xavfni o'zgartirish yo'nalishi nazarda tutilmagan bo'lsa, muddat nisbiy ta'sir sifatida ishlatiladi va hisoblanadi .[3]
