Visuelle Konzepte ist ein amerikanischEntwickler von Computerspielen gelegen in Novato, Kalifornien. Das Unternehmen wurde 1988 gegründet und ist bekannt für seine Entwicklung Sportspiele.

Im Jahr 2000 wurde der Bauträger nach mehrjährigen Verhandlungen von Sega, ein Erstanbieter-Entwickler zu sein, um Spiele für die Traumbesetzung entwickeln.[1] Nach fünf Jahren wurde Visual Concepts von acquired Take Two Interactive.[2] Gleichzeitig mit dieser Übernahme wird die Verlagssparte Take-Two 2K Sport gegründet, unter die Visual Concepts fallen würde.

Neben dem Hauptsitz in Kalifornien hat Visual Concepts auch Divisionen in China und Südkorea.
