Es Chemisches ElementZinn (Sn), mit a Atommasse ab 118.710 Sie, hält 10 stabil Isotope: 112sn, 114sn, 115sn, 116sn, 117sn, 118sn, 119sn, 120sn, 122sn und 124Sn, davon 120Sn am meisten reichlich (ca. 32,5%). Die anderen 29 Radioisotope sind instabil und haben eine relativ kurze halbes Leben (die meisten weniger als eins zweite). Zinn ist das Element mit den meisten stabilen Isotopen. Dies hängt damit zusammen, dass 50 (die Anzahl der Protonen) a magische Zahl ist.
Das kurzlebige Isotop von Zinn ist 99Sn, mit einer Halbwertszeit von etwa 5 Millisekunden. Die langlebigste ist 126sn, mit einer Halbwertszeit von 230.000 Jahr.
